What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form
- Your name
- Company or organisation
- Email address
- Phone number
- The enquiry type and the message you write
- The date and time you submitted the form
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics, and all fonts are served from this site itself — simply reading these pages leaves nothing with us.
Why we use it
Only to answer the enquiry you sent
- To reply to you and discuss your project
- To prepare a quotation or the documents you asked for
- To keep a record of our business correspondence
Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use it for marketing, and we never sell or trade it.
Who else is involved
The providers your message passes through
- Cloudflare — serves this website and receives the form submission
- Google Workspace — the mailbox that receives your message and the sheet that logs the enquiry
Both act only as our processors. Beyond that we disclose data only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as there is a reason to
- Enquiries that do not become work: kept for no more than 2 years after our last contact
- Enquiries that become a contract: kept as long as accounting and tax law requires, which is at least 5 years
Your rights
What you can tell us to do
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete it, or to stop using it
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
Send any request to info@cjn.co.th and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was lawfully done before.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and this page always shows the current version.
